Multiple Choice Questions
  • The mulitple-choice questions can be knock-out(KO), or non knock-out(Non KO). Non KO questions can be single or multi-weighted. It is these questions that drive the screening process. When underlining key requirements of a job description, questions need to be composed in the form of : "Do you…?", "How many…?", "Have you…?", "Which of the following…?" whereby a range of possible answers are supplied.
