Create Questions

• The multiple choice questions will drive the filter process, so the filter is only as good as your questions.
• KO Questions: Create 6-8 key KO questions based on knowledge verification regarding the position.
• Essay Questions: Create 3-5 key essay questions based on the KO questions (probe applicant for more narrative response).
• Non-KO Questions - Single Weighted (SW): Create 3-5 key non-KO questions based on knowledge verification regarding the position (only one answer can be correct).
• Non-KO Questions - Multi-Weighted (MW): Create 3-5 key MW questions based on knowledge verification regarding the position. Several answers can be acceptable, but each with their own weighting.
• Additional KO Questions: Create 3-5 key KO questions based on ADDITIONAL qualifications regarding the position ( Guide: questions that you would ask on an application form: Eligibility to work in US for any employer? Over 18 yrs of age? Travel required? Require relocation assistance? Convicted of misdemeanor within past 7 years? Clean driver's license? ).
