Assign Weightings

• Non-KO Questions - Single Weighted (SW): For multiple-choice question, determine weighting on the ONE CORRECT answer (1-low to 5-high)
• Non-KO Questions - Multi-Weighted (MW): For multiple-choice question, determine weighting on MULTIPLE CORRECT answers (1-low to 5-high)
• KO Questions - Weighting not needed since all qualified applicants will be expected to answer all KO questions correctly, as the absolute minimum requirement.
• Essay Questions - Weightings not needed since only top applicant's essay responses will be manually viewed by hiring manager & recruiters at this point.
